Reciprocal link building and free links

Before You Start Building Links…
There are some rules you should to follow when you start building links.
[1] Include different Keywords in title.
[2] Link site from different class C - IPs (Important factor for SERP.)
[4] Not get all links from newer sites, and try to get links from older (and trusted) sites as well.
[5] Not get links from same location (i.e. all links from footer etc
[6] Try to get links from relevant content...
[7] Should Have varied PR from pages you’re linking (If you’re getting a lot of PR6 Links that will adversely affect as Google may think, you’re purchasing high PR Links
[8] Try to get authority links, like links from news sites… etc.
[9} No link with link farms sites..
[10] Do not try to build hundreds of links quickly.

Reciprocal Link Building:-
Contacting webmasters of relevant sites requesting for have a link exchange. Write personalized emails to request for link exchange. It will be better if you write 2-3 good things about their site and tell them how link exchange will benefit both parties. Also, mentioning good qualities and PageRank is always good idea.
